စာေရးသူ၏ အမွာ

စာေရးျခင္း၊ မိန္ ့ခြန္းေျပာျခင္း၊ စကားေျပာျခင္းစေသာ လုပ္ရပ္မ်ား၏ အဓိကရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္တခုကား လူအခ်င္းခ်င္း နားလည္မႈတိုးပြားေစရန္ျဖစ္သည္ဟု က်မယူဆပါသည္။ ျမန္မာ့လူမႈေရး၊ ႏိုင္ငံေရးႏွင့္ ဒီမိုကေရစီအေရးတို ့ကို ကမၻာက ပိုမို၍ သိရွိနားလည္ေစရန္ရည္ရြယ္၍ ဤစာအုပ္ပါေဆာင္းပါးမ်ားကို ေရးသားခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ႏိုင္ငံတႏိုင္ငံကို အမွန္တကယ္ အက်ိဳးျပဳႏိုင္မည့္ စီးပြားေရး၊ ႏိုင္ငံေရး၊ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္္မ်ား အေကာင္အထည္ေဖၚႏိုင္ရန္ ျပည္သူျပည္သားအေပါင္းတြင္ ပြင့္လင္းျပတ္သားသားစြာ သံုးသပ္ေဝဖန္ပိုင္ခြင့္ႏွင့္ အသိအျမင္၊ အေတြးအေခၚမ်ားကို လြတ္လပ္စြာ ေဆြးေႏြးဖလွယ္ပိုင္ခြင့္မ်ား ရွိရမည္ဟုလည္း က်မယံုၾကည္္ပါသည္။

“၁၉၈၈-၈၉” ခုႏွစ္မ်ားအတြင္း က်မေျပာၾကားခဲ့ေသာ မိန္ ့ခြန္းမ်ားႏွင့္သတင္းစာရွင္းလင္းပြဲမ်ား၏ ဦးတည္ခ်က္သည္ ဒီမိုကေရစီ သေဘာတရားမ်ားႏွင့္ ဒီမိုကေရစီစနစ္ကို တည္ေထာင္လိုသူတို ့၏ အေတြးအေခၚ၊ အျမင္တို ့ကို အမ်ားျပည္သူေဝဖန္သံုးသပ္ႏိုင္ ေရးပင္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

ေဆာင္းပါးမ်ား၊ မိန္ ့ခြန္းမ်ား၊ သတင္းစာရွင္းလင္းပြဲမ်ားကို စုေပါင္း၍ စာအုပ္ထုတ္ေဝလိုက္ျခင္းျဖင့္ ျမန္မာ့ႏိုင္ငံေရးႏွင့္ ဒီမိုကေရစီ ေရးမ်ားကို နားလည္သံုးသပ္လိုသူမ်ားအတြက္ အေထာက္အကူ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္မည္ဟု ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ပါသည္။

ဤစာအုပ္ကို ထုတ္ေဝႏိုင္ရန္ အားေပးကူညီခဲ့သူ တို ့အား ေက်းဇူးတင္လ်က္ရွိပါသည္။ မ်ားျပားလွေသာ အလုပ္တာ၀န္္မ်ားၾကား မွ ေစတနာျပည့္ဝစြာျဖင့္အဓိကဘာသာျပန္သူအျဖစ္လည္းေကာင္း စာတည္းျဖတ္သူအျဖစ္လည္းေကာင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့သည့္ ေဒါက္တာေအာင္ခင္“လန္ဒန္” ကို အထူးေက်းဇူးတင္ရွိေၾကာင္း ေဖာ္ျပအပ္ပါသည္။

လြန္ခဲ့ေသာ ရွစ္ႏွစ္ခန္ ့ “၁၉၈၅” ခုႏွစ္ကျဖစ္သည္။ ႏွင္းထူထပ္စြာက်ေနသည့္ ထိုႏွစ္ ေဆာင္းရာသီတေန ့တြင္ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္း စုၾကည္ႏွင့္ ပထမဆံုးအႀကိမ္က်ေနာ္ ေတြ ့ဆံုခဲ့ရသည္။ ထိုစဥ္က အဂၤလန္တြင္ ရန္ကုန္တကၠသိုလ္မွ လုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္ေဟာင္း သမိုင္းဆရာဆရာမမ်ား ေရာက္ရွိေနခိုက္ျဖစ္သျဖင ့္ေအာက္စဖို ့ဒ္တကၠသိုလ္တြင္ တေန ့စုေဝးၾကသည္။

ထိုေန ့၌ပင္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္တို ့ ဇနီးေမာင္ႏွံက သူတို ့အိမ္တြင္ လက္ရည္ပြဲျပင္ဆင္ထားသျဖင့္ က်ေနာ္တို ့ သမိုင္းအုပ္စု သြားၾကသည္။ က်ေနာ္ႏွင့္ က်ေနာ့္ဇနီးအပါအဝင္ အားလံုးဧည့္သည္ ရွစ္ေယာက္ ရွိ၏။

ေဒၚစုကိုယ္တိုင္ လုပ္ထားေသာ ကိတ္မုန္ ့မ်ား စားေသာက္၍ တေပ်ာ္တပါး ရွိလွသည္။ က်ေနာ္သည္ ေဒၚစု၏ခင္ပြန္း ေဒါက္တာ မိုက္ကယ္ အဲရစ္ႏွင့္သာ စကားေျပာရသည္ကမ်ားၿပီး ေဒၚစုမွာမူအမ်ိဳးသမီး၀ိုင္းတြင္ လက္မလည္ႏိုင္ေအာင္ဧည့္ခံရင္း စကား လက္ဆံုက်ေနသည္က မ်ား၏။

ေဒၚစုတို ့အိမ္မွာ အေတာ္ေလးက်ယ္ဝန္းသည္ဟု ဆိုႏိုင္ေသာ္လည္း ကုလားထိုင္မ်ား၊ စားပြဲမ်ားႏွင့္စာအုပ္စင္မ်ားကလြဲ၍ က်ေနာ္ ဘာမွ်မေတြ ့မိ။ လင္မယားႏွစ္ေယာက္စလံုးရိုးရိုးကုပ္ကုပ္ႏွင့္ စာေပလိုက္စားသူမ်ား ျဖစ္သည္ဟူ၍သာ က်ေနာ့္စိတ္ထဲ၌ မွတ္ခ်က္ခ်မိသည္။

ထိုေန ့ ေတြ ့ဆံု ၿပီးေနာက္ပိုင္း က်ေနာ္ႏွင့္ ေဒၚစုတို ့ဇနီးေမာင္ႏွံ လံုးဝ အဆက္အသြယ္ မရွိသေလာက္ ျဖစ္သြားသည္။ “၁၉၈၈” ခုႏွစ္ေရာက္မွ ျမန္မာျပည္ဒီမိုကေရစီအေရးေတာ္ပံုတြင္ ေဒၚစု ေဇာက္ခ်၍ လုပ္ကိုင္ေနသည္မ်ားကို သတင္းစာမ်ားတြင္ ဖတ္ရ သည္။ လူႀကံဳမ်ားႏွင့္ပါလာေသာ ဗြီဒီယိုအေခြမ်ားတြင္လည္း ေဒၚစုကိုေတြ ့ရသည္။ က်ေနာ္သည္ မဆလေခတ္ကို စက္ဆုပ္ရြံရွာ ၿပီး“မဆလ” ဒဏ္ကိုလည္း မခံႏိုင္သည့္အဆံုး ႏိုင္ငံျခားထြက္လာခဲ့သူျဖစ္သည္။ ေဒၚစုမွာမူလြတ္လပ္ေနရာမွ အမိႏိုင္ငံသို႕ ျပန္ရင္း မိမိ၏ ယံုၾကည္္ခ်က္အတိုင္း ဒီမိုကေရစီထြန္းကားေရးအတြက္ တိုက္ပြဲဝင္ရုန္းကန္ေနသူျဖစ္သည္။ ေဒၚစုကို ရိုးသား ေျဖာင့္မတ္ သိမ္ေမြ ့ေသာ အိမ္ရွင္မတဦးအျဖစ္သာ သိရွိထားခဲ့သျဖင့္ ေရရွည္တိုက္ပြဲတြင္ ခံႏိုင္ရည္ရွိပါ့မလားဟု အစတြင္ က်ေနာ္ သံသယ ျဖစ္မိသည္။ သို ့ေသာ္ ေဒၚစု ဦးေဆာင္သည့္ ဒီမိုကေရစီတိုက္ပြဲ အခ်ိန္ၾကာလာသည္ႏွင့္အမွ် ထိုသံသယစိတ္ တို ့ လြင့္စင္ကြယ္ေပ်ာက္ကုန္ေတာ့သည္။

ေဒၚစု အဂၤလိပ္ဘာသာျဖင့္ေရးသား၍ ခင္ပြန္းသည္ ေဒါက္တာမိုက္ကယ္အဲရစ္ တည္းျဖတ္ထုတ္ေဝေသာ "Freedom From Fear" စာအုပ္ကို “၁၉၉၁” ခုႏွစ္ ဒီဇင္ဘာလတြင္ ဖတ္လိုက္ရသည္။ ထိုစာအုပ္ကို ျမန္မာဘာသာ ျပန္ဆိုထုတ္ေဝသင့္သည္ဟု က်ေနာ္ ေတြးမိသည္။ ထိုစာအုပ္ ကို တကယ္တမ္း ျမန္မာျပန္ရာတြင္ က်ေနာ္ အဓိကအခန္းမွပါဝင္လာရမည္ဟု ထိုစဥ္က မထင္မွတ္ခဲ့ပါ။ က်ေနာ္ ေနာက္ဆံုး ျမန္မာျပန္ဆိုေရးသားထုတ္ေဝခဲ့သည့္ အေတြ ့အႀကံဳမွာ “၁၉၇၁” ခုႏွစ္က ျဖစ္သည္။ ႏွစ္ေပါင္း “၂၀” ေက်ာ္ခန္ ့ ျမန္မာျပန္ထုတ္ေဝသည့္ အေလ့အထ ျပတ္လပ္ေနခဲ့သျဖင့္အစတြင္ ေဒၚစုစာအုပ္ ကို ျမန္မာျပန္ရန္ မဝံ့မရဲ ျဖစ္မိေသာ္လည္း ျမန္မာတိုင္းရင္းသားတိုင္း ဖတ္ရႈသင့္သည့္စာအုပ္ဟု ယံုၾကည္္သည့္အတြက္ အတတ္ႏိုင္ဆံုး အားထုတ္ ျပန္္ဆိုခဲ့ရသည္။ အထူးသျဖင့္ျမန္မာစာဖတ္ပရိသတ္အတြက္ ရည္စူးထားသည့္အေလ်ာက္ အဂၤလိပ္စာအုပ္ႏွင့္မတူဘဲ တမူ ထူးျခားေနမွာ အမွန္ျဖစ္သည္။ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းကို ျမန္မာ့လြတ္လပ္ေရးဖခင္ဟု လူတိုင္းလိုလို ငယ္စဥ္ကတည္းက သိရွိထား ခဲ့ၾကေသာ္လည္း ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္၏ အေတြးအေခၚအယူအဆမ်ား ကို ေလးေလးနက္နက္ နားလည္သေဘာေပါက္မိသူ အလြန္နည္းပါး လိမ့္မည္ထင္သည္။ ထိုလူနည္းစုထဲတြင္ ေဒၚစု အထင္ရွားဆံုးျဖစ္မည္မွာေျပာရန္မလိုဟု ယံုၾကည္္သည္။ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္း၏ အေတြးအေခၚအယူအဆမ်ားေပၚတြင္အေျခခံ၍ မိမိကိုယ္ပိုင္ယံုၾကည္္ခ်က္မ်ားကို တည္ေဆာက္ထားေသာ ေဒၚစု၏အေတြး အေခၚ ကို ျမန္မာတိုင္းရင္းသားတိုင္းသိရွိနားလည္ သေဘာေပါက္ရန္ လိုအပ္သည္။

ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ “၁၉၆၂” ခုႏွစ္မွ “၁၉၈၈” ခုႏွစ္အထိျပည္သူလူထု ယံုၾကည္္အားထားေလာက္သည့္ ႏိုင္ငံေရးေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ိဳး ေပၚေပါက္ရန္ အခြင့္အလမ္း မရွိခဲ့ပါ။ “၁၉၈၈” ခုႏွစ္ ဒီမိုကေရစီအေရးေတာ္ပံု ေပၚေပါက္လာသည့္အခါတြင္မွ ကိုယ္က်ိဳးစြန္ ့၍ တိုင္းျပည္အတြက္ အနစ္နာခံလုပ္ၾကမည့္ ငယ္ရြယ္ေသာေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား ေပၚေပါက္လာျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။ ထိုအထဲတြင္ေဒၚစုသည္ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္း၏ ႏိုင္ငံေရးအေမြကို ဆက္ခံမည့္သူအ ျဖစ္၎၊ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေသာနည္းျဖင့္တိုင္းရင္းသားစည္းလံုးညီၫြတ္ေရး ကိုရယူႏိုင္မည့္သူအျဖစ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ တပ္မေတာ္သားတို ့ကရိုေသေလးစားရသူအျဖစ္၎၊ အမ်ားျပည္သူ၏ ယံုၾကည္္ကိုးစား မႈရယူထားသူအ ျဖစ္၎၊ အမ်ိဳးသားျပန္လည္သင့္ျမတ္ေရးကို လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္မည့္သူအျဖစ္လည္းေကာင္း ေပၚထြက္လာပါသည္။

ကြယ္လြန္သူ သမိုင္းပညာရွင္ ဗိုလ္မႉးဘရွင္ ေရးသား၍ “၁၉၅၀” ခုႏွစ္က ပထမဆံုးအႀကိမ္ ပံုႏွိပ္ထုတ္ေဝခဲ့သည့္ “ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ ေတာ္သမိုင္း” စာအုပ္တြင္ ျမန္မာ့ေရွးေဟာင္းသမိုင္းပညာရွင္ႀကီး ပါေမာကၡ “ဂ်ီအိပ္ခ်္လုစ္” က “ဗမာမဟုတ္ေသာ ႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ား အေပၚ ကြယ္လြန္သူေအာင္ဆန္း ထားရွိေသာ သေဘာထားမ်ားကို က်ေနာ္ မ်ားစြာေလးစားမိပါ၏။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ စည္းလံုးေရးကို “ဓား”ျဖင့္မဟုတ္ဘဲ ႏိုင္ငံ့ေခါင္းေဆာင္ပီသစြာ ေလးေလးနက္နက္ အဓိပၸာယ္ရွိရွိ ႀကိဳးပမ္းရာတြင္ “က်န္စစ္သား” လြန္သည္မွစ၍

ေအာင္ဆန္းသည္ ပထမဆံုးေသာ ဗမာျဖစ္သည္ဟု က်ေနာ္ ယူဆပါသည္” ဟု ၎၏ အမွာစာတြင္ မွတ္တမ္းတင္ထားသည္။

ေဒၚစုသည္ ဖခင္လုပ္သူ၏ ေျခရာအတိုင္း လိုက္ႏိုင္မည္ဟု က်ေနာ္ယံုၾကည္္၏။ သို ့ေသာ္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၌ ဒီမိုကေရစီထြန္းကားရန္ ေဒၚစုတဦးတည္း အနစ္နာခံႀကိဳးပမ္း၍ ရမည္မဟုတ္၊ လူတိုင္းက မိမိတို ့၏ ကိုယ္က်ိဳးသက္သက္ကိုသာ ၾကည့္မေနဘဲ၊ အမ်ိဳး သား ျပန္လည္သင့္ျမတ္ေရးႏွင့္ ဒီမိုကေရစီအေရးတို ့အတြက္ တတ္ႏိုင္သ၍ တာ၀န္္သိသိကူညီမွသာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ ဒီမိုကေရစီထြန္းကား၍ စစ္မွန္ေသာ တိုင္းရင္းသားစည္းလံုးညီၫြတ္ေရးကို ရရွိႏိုင္မည္ ျဖစ္သည္။
