ဇူလုိင္လ (၁၉) ရက္ေန႔သည္ က်ဆုံးသြားသူ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းႏွင့္ အမ်ဳိးသားေခါင္းေဆာင္ႀကီးမ်ား၏ အေတြးအေခၚ အယူအဆႏွင့္ ေမွ်ာ္မွန္းခ်က္ကုိ ျပန္လည္သတိရၾကရမည့္ အခ်ိန္အခါျဖစ္သည္။ ၁၉၆၂ မွစ၍ ျမန္မာျပည္တြင္ လြတ္လပ္မႈ ဆိတ္သုဥ္းေနသည္။ ထုိ႔ေၾကာင့္ ဒီမုိကေရစီလႈပ္ရွားမႈကုိ ဒုတိယအႀကိမ္ လြတ္လပ္ေရးႀကိဳးပမ္းမႈျဖစ္သည္ဟု ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္က အမည္ေပးျခင္းျဖစ္၏။

၁၉၆၂ စစ္တပ္အာဏာသိမ္းခ်ိန္မွစ၍ ဗမာ့တပ္မေတာ္သည္ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္း၏ ရည္မွန္းခ်က္မ်ားကုိ ယေန႔အထိ ေက်ာခုိင္းေနပါသည္။ န၀တ/နအဖေခတ္၏ ထူးျခားခ်က္မွာ အေျခခံအားျဖင့္ အဂၤလိပ္ကုိလုိနီစနစ္ျဖစ္သည္။ အဂၤလိပ္ကုိလုိနီ နယ္ခ်ဲ႕သည္ ျမန္မာျပည္ကုိ စစ္အင္အားျဖင့္အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ၿပီး ျမန္မာျပည္သားမ်ားကုိ ဖိႏွိပ္ထား၏။ တဖက္တြင္ ျပည္သူျပည္သားကုိ ဖိႏွိပ္ၿပီး တဖက္က ႏုိင္ငံျခားကုမၸဏီမ်ားကုိ ဖိတ္ေခၚကာ သယံဇာတပစၥည္းမ်ားကုိ ေရာင္းစားခဲ့ပါသည္။ တုိင္းသူျပည္သားမ်ား ငတ္ျပတ္ေနသည္ကုိ ကုိလုိနီနယ္ခ်ဲ႕ ဂ႐ုမစုိက္ပါ။ ကုိလုိနီအစုိးရ အားေကာင္းဖုိ႔သာ အဓိကျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ျပည္သူျပည္သားမ်ား ၿငိမ္၀ပ္ပိျပားေစဖုိ႔ ကုိလုိနီအစိုးရက လက္နက္ကုိင္ေဆာင္ျခင္းပင္ျဖစ္၏။

ထုိ႔ေၾကာင့္ အမွန္အတုိင္း ေျပာရဲသူ လုပ္ရဲသူ အနစ္နာခံရဲသူမ်ားကုိသာ အားမကုိးဘဲ လူတုိင္းသတၱိရွိရွိႏွင့္ စြန္႔စားလုပ္ကုိင္မွ သာလွ်င္ လြတ္လပ္ေရးအရသာကုိ ခံစားခြင့္ရၾကမည္ဟု ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္း ေျပာသြားပါသည္။ သမီးျဖစ္သူ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစု ၾကည္ကလည္း ဒီမုိကေရစီႏွလုံးရည္တုိက္ပြဲ၌ လူတုိင္းတတ္ႏုိင္သည့္ဘက္မွ ပါ၀င္ကူညီၾကဖုိ႔ မၾကာခဏေျပာဆုိပါသည္။ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ၌ အႏွစ္ (၅၀) နီးပါး စစ္အာဏာရွင္စနစ္ ႀကီးစုိးေနၿပီး ဖိႏွိပ္ေနသည့္အတြက္ ႏုိင္ငံေရးကုိ ေၾကာက္စရာအျဖစ္၊ အႏၲရာယ္အျဖစ္ ထင္ျမင္လာၾကပါသည္။ ႏုိင္ငံေရးႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ ၁၉၄၆ ခုႏွစ္ ဇန္န၀ါရီလ (၂၀) ရက္ေန႔၌ ဗုိလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းက ယခုလုိ ရွင္းျပပါသည္။

(ႏုိင္ငံေရးဆုိတာဟာ မိမိပတ္၀န္းက်င္မွာ ေပၚေပါက္ေနတဲ့ အေျခအေနေပၚမွာ မူတည္ၿပီး ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမယ့္ အေရးကိစၥ ျဖစ္တယ္။ တနည္းအားျဖင့္ဆုိရရင္ ႏုိင္ငံေရးဆုိတာ လူ႔ကိစၥျဖစ္တယ္။ မိမိရဲ႕ စားမႈ၊ ေသာက္မႈ၊ ေနမႈ၊ ထုိင္မႈ၊ သြားမႈ၊ လာမႈ အစုစုဟာ ႏုိင္ငံေရးပဲျဖစ္တယ္။ ႏုိင္ငံေရးကုိ ေရွာင္ရွားလုိေပမယ့္ ႏုိင္ငံေရးဟာ အိမ္၊ ႐ုံး၊ အလုပ္႐ုံ စတာေတြမွာ အၿမဲတမ္းရွိေန တယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ မိမိေန႔စဥ္ ႀကံဳေတြ႔ေနရတဲ့ ေနထုိင္စားေသာက္မႈ ေျပာင္းလဲေနသလုိ ႏုိင္ငံေရးဟာလည္း ေျပာင္းလဲေနတယ္။ မိမိတုိ႔အားလုံး သက္သာေခ်ာင္ခ်ိစြာ လူတန္းေစ့ေအာင္ ေနႏုိင္ရန္အတြက္ အခြင့္အေရးမ်ား ပုိမိုရရွိႏုိင္ဖုိ႔ လြတ္လပ္ေရးကုိ ေတာင့္တၾကတယ္။ လြတ္လပ္ေရးဆုိတာဟာ ေနေရးထုိင္ေရးလြတ္လပ္မႈ၊ လူတဦးခ်င္ေရာ တမ်ဳိးသားလုံးပါ ကာယဉာဏ၊ စိတၱအဆင့္အတန္း တုိးျမႇင့္ေအာင္ လြတ္လပ္စြာ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏုိင္ျခင္းျဖစ္တယ္။ ဒီလြတ္လပ္မႈကုိ ရယူတာဟာ ႏုိင္ငံေရးျဖစ္တယ္။ ႏုိင္ငံေရးဆုိတာ လူပုဂၢိဳလ္အသီးသီးရဲ႕ အခြင့္အေရးကုိ ေစာင့္ေရွာက္တာျဖစ္တယ္။ ႏုိင္ငံေရးဆုိတာဟာ တခါတရံမွာ အစည္းအေ၀းလုပ္ၿပီး စင္ျမင့္ေပၚက ေျပာတဲ့လူကေျပာ၊ ေအာက္ကနားေထာင္တဲ့လူက နားေထာင္တဲ့ ကိစၥမ်ဳိး မဟုတ္ဘူး။ တျပည္လုံးက ျပည္သူလူထုဟာ မိမိတို႔နဲ႔ ဆုိင္တဲ့ကိစၥေတြ၊ ျပႆနာေတြကုိ မိမိတုိ႔ဘာသာ အသင္းအဖြဲ႔ေတြ ဖြဲ႔စည္းၿပီး ေျဖရွင္းဖုိ႔ အၿမဲတမ္းႀကိဳးပမ္းေနတဲ့ကိစၥျဖစ္တယ္။ တျပည္လုံးမွာႏုိင္ငံေရးကုိ စိတ္၀င္စားၿပီး ျပည္သူျပည္သားတုိင္း ႏုိင္ငံေရးသမားေတြျဖစ္လာေအာင္ ႏုိင္ငံေရးကုိ စိတ္၀င္စားလာေအာင္ ႏုိင္ငံေရးအဖြဲ႔အစည္းေတြ ရွိရမယ္)

ယေန႔က်င့္သုံးေသာ စစ္အာဏာရွင္စနစ္မ်ဳိးကုိ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းက ဆန္႔က်င္၏။

(တုိင္းျပည္မွာ ဖက္ဆစ္၀ါဒလုံး၀မရွိေအာင္ လုပ္ရမယ္။ အာဏာရွင္၀ါဒ၊ လူမ်ဳိးအခ်င္းခ်င္း မုန္းတီးေရး၀ါဒ၊ စစ္တပ္ကသာ လႊမ္းမုိးရမယ္ဆုိတဲ့ စစ္အာဏာရွင္စနစ္ အထက္ကသာ ဆုံးျဖတ္ၿပီး တုိင္းသူျပည္သားဆႏၵအတုိင္းမဟုတ္တဲ့ မင္းစိတ္ေပါက္တဲ့ အရာရွိေတြ ျခယ္လွယ္တဲ့စနစ္ဆုိးမ်ဳိး ရွိေနရင္ တုိင္းသူျပည္သားေတြဟာ လြတ္လပ္ေရးကုိ မရႏုိင္ေတာ့ဘူး။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ က်ဳပ္တုိ႔ ဒီမုိကေရစီ၀ါဒကုိသာ ေထာက္ခံရမယ္၊ ဒီ၀ါဒကုိ က်င့္သုံးၿပီး လြတ္လပ္တဲ့ႏုိင္ငံကုိ ထူေထာင္ႏုိင္ေအာင္ ႀကိဳးစားရမယ္၊ ဒီမုိကေရစီ၀ါဒကသာ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးကုိ အားေပးတယ္)

၁၉၄၅ ခုႏွစ္ ၾသဂုတ္လ၌က်င္းပေသာ စတုတၳအႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ ႏုိင္ငံေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား အစည္းအေ၀း၌ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္း ေျပာသြားျခင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။

တပ္မေတာ္ တည္ေထာင္သည္မွာ စစ္ဗုိလ္တစု ေကာင္းစားရန္မဟုတ္ပါ။ ကုိယ္က်ဳိးအတြက္ မဟုတ္ေၾကာင္း အစကတည္းက ေၾကညာထားပါသည္။ ဂ်ပန္လက္နက္ခ်ၿပီးစအခ်ိန္၌ တပ္မေတာ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား အစည္းအေ၀း ရန္ကုန္၌က်င္းပၿပီး ေၾကညာခ်က္တရပ္ ထုတ္ျပန္ပါသည္။

(က်ဳပ္တုိ႔ တပ္မေတာ္သားေတြနဲ႔ လြတ္လပ္ေရးအတြက္ စြန္႔စားေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့သူေတြဟာ အပင္ပန္းခံ၊ အဆင္းရဲခံ၊ အနစ္နာခံ၊ အေသအေက်ခံကာ ႀကိဳးပမ္းေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့ၾကတယ္။ ဒီလုိ ႀကိဳးပမ္းခဲ့တာဟာ လက္တဆုပ္စာလူတစု ေကာင္းစားေရးနဲ႔ ကုိယ္က်ဳိးအတြက္ လုပ္ခဲ့ၾကတာမဟုတ္ဘဲ ျပည္သူလူထု လြတ္လပ္ရေအာင္၊ တုိင္းသူျပည္သားေတြ ေကာင္းစားေအာင္ လုပ္ခဲ့ၾကတာျဖစ္တယ္)

ႏုိင္ငံေရး၌ စစ္တပ္၀င္ေရာက္စြက္ဖက္ ျခယ္လွယ္တာမ်ဳိးကုိ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းက မလုိလားပါ။ ၁၉၄၇ ခုနွစ္ ေမလ (၁၉) ရက္ေန႔၌ က်င္းပသည့္ ဖဆပလညီလာခံႀကီးတြင္ စစ္သေဘာေဆာင္သည့္ ႏုိင္ငံေရးပါတီမ်ဳိးႏွင့္ စစ္အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးမွ ဖက္ဆစ္၀ါဒီ ေပၚထြက္လာမွာကုိ ေကာင္းစြာ သတိျပဳဖုိ႔ မွာၾကားသြားခဲ့ပါသည္။ ယေန႔ႀကီးစုိးေနေသာ ႀကံ့ဖြံ႔အသင္းကုိ ရည္ရြယ္၍ ေျပာသကဲ့သုိ႔ ျဖစ္ေနပါသည္။

(ဂ်ပန္ျပည္က စစ္အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးမ်ဳိး၊ ဂ်ာမဏီက အၾကမ္းဖက္နာဇီပါတီလုိဟာမ်ဳိးေတြက ဖက္ဆစ္ေတြကုိ ေမြးထုတ္လုိက္တာပဲ။ ျမန္မာျပည္မွာ စစ္သေဘာေဆာင္တဲ့ ႏုိင္ငံေရးပါတီ မရွိဖုိ႔လုိတယ္။ ဘာျဖစ္လုိ႔လဲဆုိေတာ့ စစ္သေဘာေဆာင္တဲ့ ႏုိင္ငံေရးပါတီ ေတြကပဲ ဖက္ဆစ္၀ါဒကုိ ေမြးထုတ္ေပးၾကတာျဖစ္တယ္။ အထူးသျဖင့္ ဖက္ဆစ္၀ါဒ ျမန္မာျပည္မွာမေပၚႏုိင္ေအာင္ ႏုိင္ငံေရး၊ စီးပြားေရးအရ အဘက္ဘက္က တားရလိမ့္မယ္။ ဖက္ဆစ္၀ါဒဆုိတာဘာလဲ၊ ေငြရွင္ေၾကးရွင္ႀကီးေတြနဲ႔ ပူးေပါင္းၿပီး တပည့္ တပန္းေတြနဲ႔ တုိင္းသူျပည္သားလူအမ်ားကုိ အၾကမ္းပတမ္းဖိႏွိပ္ၿပီး အင္မတန္က်ဥ္းေျမာင္းမွားယြင္းတဲ့ လူမ်ဳိးေရးတရား လက္ကုိင္ထားတဲ့ ၀ါဒဟာ ဖက္ဆစ္၀ါဒပဲ။ အဲဒီေတာ့ စီးပြားေရး၊ ႏုိင္ငံေရးနဲ႔ လူမ်ဳိးေရးကိစၥေတြမွာ အရင္းရွင္အားကုိးနဲ႔ အၾကမ္းဖက္တဲ့ ဖက္ဆစ္တရားေတြ ေပၚမလာေအာင္ ဖြဲ႔စည္းအုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ပုံ ဥပေဒလုပ္ကတည္းက စီမံထားရလိမ့္မယ္)

ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းအျမင္ျဖင့္ ၾကည့္မည္ဆုိပါက ျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပအရင္းရွင္တစုႏွင့္ေပါင္းၿပီး ျမန္မာျပည္သား တုိင္းရင္းသား မ်ားကုိ အဘက္ဘက္မွဖိႏွိပ္ေနေသာ ဗမာစစ္အုပ္စုသည္ ဖက္ဆစ္ျဖစ္၏။

တုိင္းျပည္စည္းလုံးညီၫြတ္ေရးကုိ ရယူရာတြင္လည္း လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္ ဒီမုိကေရစီကုိ အေျခခံေသာ ညီၫြတ္ေရးမ်ဳိးကုိ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းက လုိလားပါသည္။ ရာထူးေ၀စားေသာ ညီၫြတ္ေရးမ်ဳိးကုိ ဆန္႔က်င္ပါသည္။
