ထိုင္းနိုင္ငံ ခ်င္းမိုင္အေျခစိုက္ မက္ေဖါင္ေဒးရွင္း (ေခၚ) အလုပ္သမား အခြင့္အေရး ကာကြယ္ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေရး အင္ဂ်ီအိုအဖြဲ ့က ယမန္ေန ့ေန႔လည္ပိုင္းတြင္ ဘန္ေကာက္ျမိဳ ့နိုင္ငံျခား သတင္းေထာက္မ်ား ကလပ္၌ သတင္းစာ ရွင္းလင္းပြဲ တစ္ရပ္က်င္းပခဲ့သည္။
အေၾကာင္းအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးေၾကာင့္ ထိုင္းနိုင္ငံကိုလာျပီး အလုပ္ လုပ္ကိုင္ေနၾကေသာ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားမ်ား အနက္ အိမ္ေဖၚ အလုပ္သမားမ်ား၏ အေျခအေနမ်ားကို ထိုင္းအစိုးရအေနျဖင့္ ဝိုင္းဝန္းေျဖရွင္း ကူညီေပးရန္ မက္ ေဖါင္ေဒးရွင္းက တိုက္တြန္း ေျပာဆိုသည္။
“လုပ္အားခ အျပည့္အဝမရရွိနုိင္သလို ကာအိေျႏၵ အကာအကြယ္မဲ့တဲ့ အျပင္ အိမ္ရွင္အသတ္ခံရတာလည္း မၾကာခဏဆိုသလို ထိုင္းနိုင္ငံမွာ ျဖစ္ေပၚတတ္ေတြ သိရပါတယ္၊ ထိုင္းအလုပ္သမားေတြကို ထိုင္းလူမႈ ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးအဖြဲ ့ေတြဆီက အကူအညီေတြ ရရွိသလိုမ်ိဳး ျမန္မာအိမ္တြင္း အလုပ္သမားေတြကိုလည္း ေပးသင့္ပါတယ္၊ ျပီးေတာ့သူတုိ ့ေတြကိုနားခြင့္ နားရက္ ေပးသင့္ပါတယ္”ဟု မက္ေဖါင္ေဒးရွင္း ဒါရိုက္တာ မစၥက္ Jackie Pullot ကေျပာသည္။
ဘန္ေကာက္အေျခစိုက္ကမာၻ႕အလုပ္သမားမ်ားအဖြဲ႔ ILO အာရွ အလုပ္သမား အခြင့္အေရး ျမွင့္တင္ေရး အထူးကိုယ္စားလွယ္ Tim De Meyer က“လာမယ့္ အိုင္အယ္အုိ အစည္းအေဝးမွာ တင္ျပသြားမယ္လို ့ဆိုပါတယ္၊ သူတို္ ့ေတြဟာ အခ်ိန္အမ်ားၾကီး လုပ္ရျပီးေတာ့ အရမ္းပင္ပန္းပါတယ္၊ နားရက္ေတြမွာ သူတို႔ေတြကို အနားေပးျခငး္ဟာ စိတ္က်မၼာ ေရးေရာ ကိုယ္က်မၼာေရး အတြက္ပါ အေထာက္အပံ့ျဖစ္ေစပါတယ္၊ သူတို႔ျဖစ္ရပ္ေတြဟာ ေတာ္ေတာ္ စိတ္မေကာင္းစရာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။
ျမန္မာအိမ္ေဖၚ အလုပ္သမားေလးေတြ အကာအကြယ္မဲ့တာနဲ့ ပတ္သက္ျပီးေတာ့ မက္ေဖါင္ေဒးရွင္းက
အိမ္ေဖၚအမ်ိဳးသမီး အခြင့္အေရး ကာကြယ္ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေရး ဌာနေခါင္းေဆာင္ ျမန္မာရွမ္းအမ်ိဳးသမီး ပင္ က “အခိ်န္ျပည့္ အလုပ္လုပ္ရတဲ့ အိမ္အလုပ္သမားေတြရဲ ့အေျခေနေတြကို သိရေအာင္လို ့က်မတို ့မက္ေဖါင္ေဒး ရွင္းက ျပီးခဲ့တဲ့လပိုင္းက ပို႔စ္ကဒ္ကန္ပိန္း လုပ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္၊ လက္မွတ္ထိုးထားတဲ့ ပို႔စ္ကဒ္ေပါင္း ၆၁၂ဝ ရရိွခဲ့ပါတယ္၊ပိုစတာမွာ အိမ္အလုပ္လုပ္တဲ့ အိမ္ေဖၚအလုပ္သမ တစ္ေယက္ လက္ေတြ ေျခေတြမအားလပ္ေအာင္ အလုပ္မ်ားတယ္ဆိုတဲ့ ပန္းခ်ီပံုကို ေ၇းဆြဲထားပါတယ္၊ အိမ္ေဖၚကိစၥရပ္ တစ္ခုခု ေပၚေပါက္လာရင္ က်မကို ဆက္သြယ္ေပးၾကပါ၊ က်မတုိ ့တတ္နိုင္သေလာက္ ဝိုင္းဝန္းကူညီေပးပါမယ္” ဟု ေျပာသည္။
မက္ေဖါင္ေဒးရွင္း ယာယီ သုေတသနမွဴး ပအို႔ဝ္အမ်ိဳးသားကိုခြန္ေအာင္က “ထိုင္းနိုင္ငံကို ေရာက္ရွိလာၾကတဲ့ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားေတြ အေနနဲ ့မိမိတို ့အခြင့္အေရး ဆုိင္ရာကိစၥေတြ ပညာေရးနဲ ့က်မၼာေရး ဆိုင္ရာ အခြင့္အေရးေတြကို သိရွိေအာင္ ေလ့လာရမယ္၊ ျပီးေတာ့ အလုပ္သမား အေရးေဆာင္ရြက္တဲ့ အဖြဲ႔ေတြ၊ အင္ဂ်ီအိုေတြရဲ႔ ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ေတြကို သိရွိေအာင္ စံုစမ္းထားသင့္တယ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။
ေနာက္သုေသတနမွဴး တစ္ဦးျဖစ္သူ ကိုစိုးလင္းေအာင္က “က်ေနာတုိ႔ အဓိက သုေသတနလုပ္တဲ့ မဲေဆာက္နဲ ့ ခ်င္းမိုင္မွ အိမ္အလုပ္သမားေတြ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္၊ ထိုင္းနိုင္ငံမွာ စီးပြားေရးေတြ က်ဆင္းလာတာေၾကာင့္ အလုပ္ျဖဳတ္ခံရတာေတြ ရွိပါတယ္၊ ဒါေပမယ့္ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားေတြဟာ ေနရပ္ရင္းကို မျပန္လိုၾကဘူး၊ ျဖစ္သလုိ ေနထိုင္စားေသာက္ျပီး အလုပ္အကိုင္ျပန္ရေအာင္ ေစာင့္ဆိုင္းေနၾကသလို ရရာအလုပ္ေတြကို ရသေလာက္ လုပ္အားခနဲ႔ ဝင္လုပ္ေနတာေတြ ရွိပါတယ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။
ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံတြင္ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေနေသာ စစ္အာဏာရွင္မ်ားက တိုင္းျပည္၏ စီးပြားေရးကို တိုးတက္ေအာင္ စီမံခန္ ့ခြဲနိုင္ျခင္းမရွိျခင္းတို ့ ေၾကာင့္ ျပည္သူမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ အလုပ္အကုိင္အခြင့္အလမ္း မရွိသေလာက္ ျဖစ္လာခဲ့သည္ မွာ ဆယ္စုနွစ္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ ၾကာျမင့္ခဲ့ျပီး ျဖစ္သည္။ အိမ္နီးခ်င္း ထိုင္းနိုင္ငံသို ့ ျမန္မာမ်ား ေန႔စဥ္ဝင္ေရာက္ အလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္ ေနၾကဆဲျဖစ္သည္။ အင္ဂ်ီအိုမ်ားႏွင့့္ အလုပ္သမားအေရး ေဆာင္ရြက္သူမ်ားက ထိုင္းနိုင္ငံအတြင္း ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမား ၂သန္းနီးပါး ရွိေၾကာင္းေျပာၾကျပီး အိမ္ေဖၚ အလုပ္ လုပ္ကိုင္ေနသူေပါင္း ၂သိန္းထက္မနည္း ရွိန္ိုင္ေၾကာင္း ခန္႔မွန္းထားၾကသည္။
