နိုင္ငံတကာသတင္းေထာက္မ်ား၊ နိုင္ငံတကာသတင္းဌာနမ်ားႏွင့္ ဘန္ေကာက္အေျခစိုက္ ျမန္မာ သတင္ေထာက္အခ်ိဳ႕ အျပင္ ျမန္မာ့အေရး တက္ၾကြႏိုးၾကားသူမ်ားႏွင့္ နိုင္ငံတကာသံတမန္မ်ား စုေပါင္း သတင္းရယူပြဲတစ္ခုကို ယမန္ေန ့က်င္းပခဲ့ၾကသည္။
ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံအတြင္းသို ့၀င္ေရာက္သတင္းယူခြင့္မရေသာ နိုင္ငံတကာသတင္းဌာနမ်ားက အႏွစ္၂၀ အတြင္း ပထမဦးဆံုးအၾကိမ္ က်င္းပေသာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံေရြးေကာက္ပြဲဆိုင္ရာ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားအား စုေပါင္းရယူသည့္ အေနျဖင့္ တစ္ေနကုန္နီးပါး က်င္းပခဲ့ၾကျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။
စုေပါင္သတင္းယူပြဲသို႔ ၁၉၉၀ ျပည့္ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲတုန္းက NLD ပါတီၤ တပ္ကုန္းျမိဳ႕နယ္ ျပည္သူ႔ လႊတ္ေတာ္ကုိယ္စားလွယ္ ဦး၀င္းလွိဳင္လည္း တက္ေရာက္ပါသည္။ ျပည္တြင္းက ရရွိေသာ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို သူက “ရန္ကုန္မွာ လံုျခံဳေရးကို တင္းတင္းၾကပ္ၾကပ္ခ်ထားတယ္။ ေျခာက္ေျခာက္ကပ္ကပ္ျဖစ္ေနတယ္။ ၉၀တုန္းကလိုမဲဆႏၵရွင္ျပည္သူေတြ တက္တက္ၾကြၾကြ မရွိၾကတာကို သိရပါတယ္။ မဲေပးတဲ့လူေတြက ခေမာက္ကို (NDF)ကိုပဲ ေပးၾကတယ္လို႔လည္း သိရပါတယ္” ဟု သတင္းေထာက္မ်ားကို ေျပာသည္။
အလားတူ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံဒီမိုက၇က္တစ္အင္အားစုက ဦးစိုးေအာင္က သူဆက္သြယ္ရရွိတဲ့အခ်က္အလက္
ကိုအခုလုိ ေျပာျပပါသည္။
“မြန္ျပည္နယ္မွာ မြန္ပါတီအေနနဲ ့မဲရံုကိုစစ္ေဆးခြင့္မရရွိလို ့သိရပါတယ္။ ျပီးေတာ့ ၾကံ ့ဖြ ့ံပါတီက ျပည္သူ
ေတြကိုစိတ္အေနွာက္ယွက္ျဖစ္ေအာင္ ဘယ္ေလာက္လုပ္မလဲဆိုတာကိုလည္းေစာင့္ၾကည့္ရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္”
ထိုင္းျမန္မာနယ္စပ္က တက္ေရာက္သူတဦးျဖစ္တဲ ့မြန္သတင္းဌာန အယ္ဒီတာခ်ဳပ္ နိုင္ကေဆာ့မြန္ကေတာ့
ဆက္သြယ္ရရွိသမွ်ေသာသတင္းမ်ားကိုရွင္းျပသည္။
“မြန္ေဒသတြင္းက မြန္ပါတီကို မြန္ျပည္သူေတြက မဲေပးေပမယ့္ ၾကံဖြံ ့မဲအျဖစ္လုပ္လိုက္ၾကတယ္လို ့ၾကား ရတယ္။
မဲရံုကို မြန္ပါတီကလူေတြကိုလည္း၀င္ေရာက္စစ္ေဆးခြင့္မရွိဘူးလို ့သိရတယ္။ ျပည္ပကို ေရာက္ေနၾကတဲ့ မြန္ေတြရဲ႕ ၾကိဳတင္မဲေတြအားလံုးကိုေတာ့ ၾက့ံဖြံ႕ကပဲ လိမ္ယူပါလိမ့္မယ္။ ဒီေရြးေကာက္ပြဲက က်ေနာ္တို႔ တိုင္းရင္းသားေတြ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ေနၾကတဲ့ ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံသူ/သားေတြ ရည္မွန္းေနၾကတဲ့ တန္းတူေရးကို ေဖၚေဆာင္မယ့္ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲမဟုတ္ဘူး။ စစ္အာဏာရွင္စနစ္ကို တရား၀င္လုပ္မယ့္ ပြဲသာျဖစ္ပါတယ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။
ေမာ္လျမိဳင္၊မုဒုံ၊ေခ်ာင္းဆံု ျမိဳ႕နယ္တို႔တြင္မြန္ေဒသလံုးဆိုင္ရာဒီမိုကေရစီပါတီ ပါတီကိုထည့္ေသာ မဲမ်ားအား ၾကံ႕ဖြံ႕ပါတီမဲအျဖစ္ ေျပာင္းလဲလိုက္ေၾကာင္း ျပည္တြင္းက လူမ်ားအား ဆက္သြယ္လွ်က္ေျပာျပသည္။
နိုင္ငံျခားသတင္းေထာက္မ်ား ကလပ္တြင္ နိုင္ငံတကာ သတင္းဌာနေတြက ထုတ္လႊင့္ေနတဲ့ သတင္း ထုတ္လႊင့္ခ်က္ေတြကို တျပိဳင္တည္းျပသေနပါသည္။ ဒီေရြးေကာက္ပြဲအေပၚ နိုင္ငံတကာသတင္းဌာနမ်ားက သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားအား ရနိုင္သမွ် ၾကိဳးစားထုတ္လႊင့္ေနခ်ိန္တြင္ ျမန္မာအစိုး၇ ထုတ္လႊင့္ေသာ MRTV မွ ေကာက္လပ္စပါးရိုက္သိမ္းျခင္းမ်ား၊ ေက်ာက္ဆည္ ဆင္ပြဲေတာ္နဲ ့ျမန္မာရုပ္ေသးအကအျပင္
