ထိုင္းနုိင္ငံတြင္ အလုပ္လုပ္ေနၾကေသာ အိမ္ေဖၚအလုပ္သမေလးမ်ားမွာ လက္ကုိုင္ဖုန္းမ်ား တစ္လံုးမက ႏွစ္လံုးသံုးအထိ ကိုင္ေနၾကတာကို ေတြ ့ရပါတယ္။ အိမ္ေဖၚ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားမွာ ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံမွ မိဘမ်ားဆီ ဖုန္းဆက္လုိက္၊ ရည္းစားမ်ားထံသို ့ဖုန္းဆက္လိုက္၊ ပတ္စပို ့လုပ္တဲ ့လူေတြဆီ ဖုန္းဆက္လိုက္နဲ ့ေတြ ႔ရပါတယ္။ တခ်ိဳ ့ကလုပ္လုိ ့အဆင္ေျပေပမယ့္ အခ်ိဳ ့က်ေတာ့ အဖမ္းခံရပါတယ္။

ဖုန္းေတြရွိေတာ့ သတင္းေတြဟာ ေလယာဥ္ပ်ံလိုမ်ိဳး ျမန္ျမန္္ဆန္ဆန္ ျပန္ ့ႏွ ့ံေနပါတယ္။ အခ်ိဳ႕ဆိုလွ်င္ စားမ၀င္ အိပ္မရ ၊ မ်က္ရည္က်ေနစဥ္ သူေဌးမ(အိမ္ရွင္မ)မ်ားေတြ ့ေသာအခါ “ဘာေၾကာင့္ငိုရတာလဲ” ဟု ေမးၾကည့္ရာ အိမ္ေဖၚမေလးေတြက “ထိုင္းကဖမ္းရင္ အိမ္ျပန္ေရာက္ဖုိ႔ ရွိေသးတယ္။ ျမန္မာအစိုးရက ဖမ္းရင္ အခ်ဳပ္ထဲမွာပဲ သြားက်ိဳး၊ ဆံပင္ျဖဴ ၊ လင္လည္းမရျဖစ္မယ္။ ပတ္စပို ့မလုပ္တာပဲ ေကာင္းမယ္၊ အိမ္ျပန္မယ္”လို ့ ေျပာၾကတယ္။ အိမ္ရွင္မက စိတ္မေကာင္းျဖစ္ျပီး ခင္ပြန္းျဖစ္သူနဲ ့တိုင္ပင္ပါတယ္။

ခုေခတ္မွာ၊ အိမ္ေအာက္ေျခသိမ္း အလုပ္ျဖစ္သည့္ အ ိမ္ေဖၚအလုပ္ကို လုပ္မည့္ အလုပ္သမ ရွာရသည္မွာ မလြယ္ကူေၾကာင္း ထိုင္နိုင္ငံမွ အိမ္ေဖၚအလုပ္သမားမ်ား အလုပ္လာလုပ္ပါက သံုးရက္ခန္႔မွာ အဆင္ေျပၾက ေသာ္လည္း ေလးရက္ေျမာက္ေသာအခါ လူလည္းေပ်ာက္ ပစၥည္းေပ်ာက္ ျဖစ္တတ္ပါတယ္။ ျမန္မာအိမ္ေဖၚ အလုပ္သမမ်ားႏွင့္ မတုူူပါဘူး။ ျမန္မာမေတြက အလုပ္ၾကိဳးစားတယ္။ နားရက္လည္းမယူဘူး။ စကားလည္း မမ်ားဘူး၊ လစာကလည္း သိပ္ေစ်းမၾကီးဘူး၊ နိုင္ႏိုင္နင္းနင္း လုပ္တတ္ၾကတာကို ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္။ အိမ္မႈကိစၥ အ၀၀တို ့ကုိလည္း အထူးနိုင္နင္းေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကပါတယ္။ အိမ္အျပင္ကို သြားၾကမယ္ ဆိုရင္လည္း ေနာက္ျပန္လွည့္ ၾကည့္စရာမလုိဘူး၊ အလုပ္မ်ားတဲ့ေန႕ေတြမွာ ပင္ပန္းလားလုိ႔ ေမးေတာ့ ျမန္မာ အိမ္ေဖၚမေလး ေတြက အျပံဳးေလးေတြနဲ ့နိုင္ပါတယ္ဆိုျပီး ျပဳံးျပပါတယ္။ အိမ္ရွင္နဲ ့အလုပ္သမ ေပ်ာ္ေပ်ာ္ရႊင္ ရင္းရင္းႏွီးႏွီးပါပဲ။

အိမ္ေဖၚအလုပ္သမေတြ အကယ္၍ ျပန္သြားရင္ ေအာက္ေျခသိမ္း လုပ္ငနး္မ်ားကုိ လုပ္ကုိင္ရမည့္ အေရးထိုင္း အိမ္ရွင္မမ်ား အထူးစိုးရိမ္ ေၾကာက္လန္ ့ေနေၾကာင္း ေျပာျပၾကပါတယ္။

ယာယီပတ္စပို ့မလုပ္ပဲ အိမ္အလုပ္သမားကုိ ဆက္ျပီးေတာ့ ထားရင္ တရားမ၀င္ နိုင္ငံျခားသားကို အ္ိမ္မွာ လက္ခံမႈနဲ ့အမႈက တိုးလာမယ္။ ေနာက္တစ္ခုက တရားမ၀င္ အလုပ္သမားကို ခိုင္းေစမႈက တစ္မႈ တိုးလာမယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ အိမ္အျပင္က ျပႆနာမ်ားႏွင့္ အိမ္တြင္းျပႆနာမ်ား တက္လာႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း အလုပ္သမား ၀န္ၾကီးဌာန (ေရႊ႕ေျပာင္း အလုပ္သမားေရးရာ မန္ေနဂ်ာ၊ နန္းစုထစမီ-စူ၀န္ဖက္၏ ကြင္းဆင္းေလ့လာခ်က္အရ သိရွိပါတယ္။

အလုပ္သမားဥပေဒ၊ လူ၀င္မႈဥပေဒ၊ လံုျခံဳေရးဥပေဒမ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ေနသျဖင့္ ၂၀၀၆ ခုႏွစ္မွစ၍ ႏွစ္ႏိုင္ငံ သေဘာ တူညီခ်က္အရ ယာယီပတ္စပို ့လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ကို တျဖည္းျဖည္း လုပ္ကိုင္လာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ တိတိက်က် မွန္မွန္ကန္ကန္ ထိေရာက္ေအာင္ျမင္မႈ ယေန ့အထိ မရွိေသးတာကို ေတြ႔ရွိရပါတယ္။ ထိုင္းနိုင္ငံတြင္ ၂၀၀၉ ခုႏွစ္အတြင္ မွတ္ပံုတင္ထားေသာ လူဦးေရ တစ္သန္းေလးေသာင္းငါးေထာင္ ရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ထိုအထဲတြင္ ျမန္မာ ၇ဒႆမ ၈၅ သိန္း။ ေလာ ၁ဒႆမ၂၀ သိိန္း။ ကေမၻာဒီယား ၁ဒႆမ၄၈ သိန္း ရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။

အိမ္အလုပ္သမားမ်ားအျဖစ္ မွတ္ပံုတင္ထားေသာလူဦးေရ သိန္းခ်ီျပီး ရွိေနတာကို ၾကည့္ျခင္းအားျဖင့္ ထိုင္းအလုပ္သမားမ်ား အိမ္ေဖၚအလုပ္ကို စိတ္၀င္စားမႈ နည္းပါးေၾကာင္း သိသာနိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဒီအိမ္တြင္းမႈ လုပ္ငန္းမွာသာမက အျခားလုပ္ငနး္ေတြမွာလည္း နိုင္ငံျခားသား အလုပ္သမားခန္႔ထား ခိုင္းေစျခင္းမွာ ျပႆနာ မ်ားစြာ ရွိန္ိင္ပါတယ္။

ကေမာၻဒီယားနဲ႔ လာအိုနိုင္ငံက အလုပ္သမားေတြကို ယာယီပတ္စပို႔ လုပ္ေပးတဲ့ေနရာေတြမွာ နိုင္ငံသားအျဖစ္ စစ္ေဆးရာမွာ လြယ္ကူေပမယ့္၊ ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံသားမ်ား အတြက္ အခက္အခဲ ေတြ႔ေနရတယ္။ ဘာ့ေၾကာင့္လဲ၊ လိပ္စာ မတိက်လို ့လား ဒါမွမဟုတ္ စာမတတ္ၾကလုိ ့လား၊ အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳး ေ၀ဖန္ၾကည့္ ေနၾကပါတယ္။ ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံသား စီစစ္ေရးကဒ္ျပားလုပ္ဖုိ ့အတြက္ ရေနာင္း၊ ေကာ့ေသာင္း၊ မဲေဆာက္၊ ျမ၀တီနဲ႔ မယ္ဆိုင္၊ တာခ်ီလိတ္ဆိုျပီး သံုးေနရာမွာ ဖြင့္လွစ္ထားပါတယ္။

လာမယ့္ေဖေဖၚ၀ါရီလ ၂၈ ရက္ေန႔ ေက်ာ္လြန္သြားတဲ့အခါ ထိုင္းအစိုးရအေနနဲ ဖမ္းပို႔မွာလား၊ မွတ္ပံုတင္ ဆက္လုပ္ေပးမလား ။ ဘာလုပ္မလဲဆုိတာ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

တာကလူး(နိရဥၥရာ) ကညန(ေခၚ) ကုန္းလမ္းပို႕ေဆာင္ေရး ဦးစီးဌာနမွ ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္တြင္ ယခင္လိုင္စင္ ေၾကးထက္ တစ္ဆပိုသည့္ လိုင္စင္သစ္မ်ားကို ထုတ္ကာ ဆိုင္ကယ္ စီးသူမ်ားထံမွ ေငြေကာက္ခံေနသည္။ အမည္မေဖၚလိုသူ ဆိုင္ကယ္ပိုင္ရွင္ လူငယ္ တဦးက “ ကညန ကေနျပီး လိုင္စင္ မလုပ္မေနရ အမိန္႕ထုတ္ၿပီး လိုင္စင္သစ္ေတြကို ထုတ္ေပးေနပါတယ္။ အခုထုတ္ေပးတဲ့ လိုင္စင္က ျမန္မာ တနိုင္ငံလံုးမွာ သြားလာနိုင္တဲ့ လိုင္စင္ ျဖစ္တယ္ဆိုျပီး ဆိုင္ကယ္ အမ်ိဳးအစားလိုက္ တစီးစီက က်ပ္ ၃၀၀၀၀၀ မွ ၆၀၀၀၀၀ အထိ ေကာက္ခံေနပါတယ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။
