ေနာ္ေ၀ႏိုင္ငံ ေအာ္စလိုၿမိဳ႕တြင္ ေပးအပ္ေသာ ႏိုဗဲလ္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ဆုကို လက္ခံရယူၿပီး ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ေသာ မိန္႔ခြန္းတြင္ အိုဘားမားက ယင္းသုိ႔ ေျပာၾကား လိုက္ျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္။

လူ႔အခြင့္ အေရးကို စနစ္တက် ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္ ေနသည့္ တိုင္းျပည္မ်ားတြင္ ျမန္မာ ႏိုင္ငံသည္ တႏိုင္ငံ အပါအ၀င္ ျဖစ္ၿပီး ဒီမိုကေရစီ ျပဳျပင္ ေျပာင္းလဲေရး အတြက္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္း စုၾကည္၏ ယုံၾကည္ခ်က္ ကိုလည္း အိုဘားမားက ခ်ီးက်ဴး ေျပာဆိုသည္။

“ဒါဖာမွာ လူေတြကို အစုလုိက္ အၿပဳံလုိက္ သတ္ျဖတ္မႈေတြ ရွိတယ္၊ ကြန္ဂိုမွာလည္း စနစ္တက် ဖ်က္လို ဖ်က္ဆီး လုပ္ေနတာေတြ ရွိသလို ျမန္မာ မွာလည္း ဖိႏွိပ္မႈေတြ ရွိပါတယ္၊ အဲဒီအတြက္ ေနာက္ဆက္တြဲ ရလာဒ္ ေတြရွိမွာပါ၊ သံတမန္ေရးနဲ႔ ေစ့စပ္ ေဆြးေႏြးမႈေတြ ရွိသလို မေအာင္ျမင္ ရင္လည္း ေနာက္ဆက္တြဲ ေဆာင္ရြက္မႈေတြ ျပဳလုပ္သြားမွာပါ” ဟု အုိဘားမားက ေျပာသည္။

ႏ်ဴကလီးယား စြမ္းအင္ကုိ သတ္မွတ္ ထားသည္ထက္ ပိုမို စမ္းသပ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ ေနသည့္ အီရန္၊ ေျမာက္ကို ရီးယားႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ား အေပၚတြင္ ႏွိပ္စက္ ညႇဥ္းပန္း မႈမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ေနသည့္ ဒါဖာႏွင့္ ျမန္မာ ႏိုင္ငံတို႔ အေပၚ တြင္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာ အသိုင္းအ၀န္းက အဓိပၸာယ္ရွိေသာ အေရးယူ ေဆာင္ရြက္ ခ်က္မ်ားကို ခ်မွတ္ရန္ လိုေၾကာင္း ၎က ဆိုသည္။

“ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္း စုၾကည္လိ္ုပဲ အီရန္ရဲ႕ လမ္းမေပၚကိုထြက္ၿပီး တိတ္ဆိတ္စြာ ခီ်တက္ခဲ့ၾကတဲ့ ေထာင္ေပါင္း မ်ားစြာေသာ ျပည္သူေတြ၊ အရိုက္ခံရေပမယ့္ ရဲရင့္စြာ မဲေပးခဲ့ၾကတဲ့ ဇင္ဘာေဘြ ျပည္သူေတြလို ၿငိမ္သက္ ၿပီးေတာ့ သိကၡာရွိတဲ့ ျပဳျပင္ေျပာင္းလဲေရး သမားေတြရဲ႕ ေပးဆပ္မႈေတြကို က်ေနာ္တို႔ ေလးစား ဂုဏ္ျပဳ ပါတယ္၊ အစိုးရ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြက ျပည္သူေတြရဲ႕ ႏိုးၾကားမႈကို အျခားတိုင္းျပည္မ်ား၏ အင္အား ေတာင့္တင္းမႈ ထက္ ပိုမိုေၾကာက္ရြံ႕ၾကတယ္ဆိုတာကို ေဖာ္ျပေနတာပါ”ဟု အိုဘားမားက ေျပာသည္။

ႏိုဗဲလ္ဆုေရြးခ်ယ္ေရး ေကာ္မတီက အိုဘားမားကုိ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ႏိုဗဲလ္ဆု ခ်ီးျမႇင့္ လိုက္ေၾကာင္း ေအာက္တို ဘာလ ၉ ရက္ေန႔က ထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကညာခဲ့သည္။

တခိ်န္တည္းမွာပင္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးေန႔အတြက္ အေမရိကန္ အမ်ိဳးသားလုံၿခဳံေရး အဖြဲ႔မွ ထုတ္ျပန္ သည့္ ထုတ္ျပန္ခ်က္တြင္ ယင္းအဖြဲ႔၏ အႀကံေပးအရာရွိ James Jonesက အိုဘားမား အစုိးရ အေနျဖင့္ ျမန္မာ ႏွင့္ အီရန္ႏိုင္ငံတို႔တြင္ က်ဴးလြန္ေနေသာ ဖိႏွိပ္မႈမ်ားကို အာရုံစုိက္ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ေနေၾကာင္း ဆိုသည္။

ေအာက္လႊတ္ေတာ္ ဥကၠ႒ Nancy Pelosiက အက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္ က်ခံေနဆဲ ျဖစ္ေသာ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ႏွင့္ ဒါဖာတြင္ အစုလုိက္ အၿပဳံလိုက္ လူသတ္မႈမ်ားကို ကိုးကား၍ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္မႈမ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္ အေမရိကန္၏ ဦးေဆာင္မႈကို ကမၻာတ၀န္းလုံးက လိုအပ္ ေၾကာင္း ေျပာသည္။

ထို႔အျပင္ စင္ကာပူႏိုင္ငံတြင္ ေရာက္ရွိေန ေသာ အာဆီယံေရးရာ သံအမတ္ မစၥတာ စေကာ့မာရွယ္ ကလည္း အေမရိကန္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုက ျမန္မာအစိုးရႏွင့္ တိုက္ရိုက္ ေတြ႔ဆုံ ေဆြးေႏြးရန္ ဆုံးျဖတ္ခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း ဒီမို ကေရစီေရး ေျပာင္းလဲမႈႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ တိုးတက္မႈ တစုံတရာ မရွိေၾကာင္း ဗုဒၶဟူးေန႔က ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။

ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီး သန္းေရႊကို ရည္ညႊန္း၍ မစၥတာ စေကာ့မာရွယ္က“ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္ေတြကို တေယာက္တည္း ကေန ခ်မွတ္ ေနတာက ျပႆနာပါ၊ အဲဒီ ပုဂၢိဳလ္က ျမင္သာတဲ့ ပြင့္လင္းမႈကို အခုထက္ထိ မျပေသးဘူး၊ တိုးတက္မႈ တစုံတရာ မရွိေသးရင္ ႏွစ္ဦး ႏွစ္ဘက္ ထပ္မံစကားေျပာဖို႔ ခက္လိမ့္မယ္၊ အခုခ်ိန္ထိေတာ့ အဲဒီ အေျခအေန မေရာက္ေသးပါဘူး၊ က်ေနာ္တို႔ ခရီးစဥ္က တစုံတရာ တိုးတက္ေျပာင္းလဲေအာင္ မလုပ္ႏိုင္ပါ ဘူး” ဟု ဆိုသည္။
