ျမန္မာစစ္အပ္စုက တရားဝင္ ထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကျငာခဲ့ျခင္း မရွိေသာ္လည္း လစာတိုးေပးမည့္ အမိန္႔ကို ၿပီးခဲ့ေသာ ၂၀၀၉ ဒီဇင္ဘာလ ၃၁ ရက္ေန႔က ထုတ္ျပန္ခဲ့ၿပီး ယခုႏွစ္ ဇန္နဝါရီလ ၁ရက္ေန႔ ကတည္းက အတည္ျဖစ္ခဲ့ၿပီး ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ထိုအမိန္႔စာက ေဖၚျပထားသည္ဟု သိရပါသည္။
ျမန္မာ့ ဘဏၭာေရးႏွင့္ အခြန္ဝန္ႀကီး ဌာနက ထိုအမိန္႔ကို ထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကျငာခဲ့ျခင္း ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ထိုအမိန္႔စာကို လက္ခံရရွိခဲ့ေသာ အမည္ မေဖၚလိုသူ တာဝန္ရွိသူ တဦးက ေျပာျပခဲ့ပါသည္။
ဤသတင္းႏွင့္ပါတ္သက္၍ ျပည္ပ သတင္းဌာနမ်ားက ေအာက္ေျခ အဆင့္ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား လခႏွစ္ေသာင္းစီ တိုးမည္ဟု ေဖၚျပခဲ့ၾက ေသာ္လည္း ထိုအမိန္႔စာတြင္ လစာက်ပ္ ၁၅ ၀၀၀ မွ လစာ က်ပ္ ၁၉၀၀၀၀ အထိ ရရွိသူ ဝန္ထမ္းအားလံုးကို အဆင့္ ဆယ့္ႏွစ္ဆင့္ ခြဲျခား သတ္မွတ္ထားၿပီး ထိုအဆင့္အားလံုး လစာ က်ပ္ႏွစ္ေသာင္းစီ တိုးမည္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေဖၚျပထားပါသည္။
နအဖ စစ္အုပ္စုသည္ ေခါင္ခိုက္ေနေသာ ကုန္ေစ်းႏႈန္းမ်ားေၾကာင့္ လစာျဖင့္ မေလာက္ငွေသာေၾကာင့္ အတိဒုကၡ ေရာက္ေနရေသာ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ ဆန္႔က်င္ ကန္႔ကြက္မႈမ်ား မျဖစ္ေပၚလာေစရန္ အတြက္ ထိုသို႔ တိုးေပးခဲ့ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ သလို ယခုႏွစ္တြင္ က်င္းပ ျပဳလုပ္မည့္ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ အတြက္ မဲဆြယ္စည္းရုံုးမႈ တခု အေနျဖင့္ တခ်က္ခုတ္ ႏွစ္ခ်က္ျပတ္ လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈသာ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေဝဖန္ေျပာဆိုမႈမ်ားလည္း ရွိေနပါသည္။
ထို အမိန္႔စာတြင္မူ အစိုးရ အေနျဖင့္ အလုပ္သမားမ်ား အတြက္ သက္သာေခ်ာင္ခ်ိမႈ မႈရေစေရး အတြက္ တိုးေပးခဲ့သည္ သေဘာေဆာင္ေသာ စာသားတို႔ျဖင့္ ေဖၚျပခဲ့ပါသည္။
ယခုအႀကိမ္ႏွင့္ ဆိုလွ်င္ ၁၉၈၈ ခုႏွစ္ စစ္တပ္မွ အာဏာသိမ္းခဲ့ၿပီးသည့္ ေနာက္တြင္ ၈ႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ လစာ တိုးေပးခဲ့ျခင္း ျဖစ္သလို ကုန္ေစ်းႏႈန္းမ်ားမွာလည္း ၁၉၈၈မွ ယခုအခ်ိန္ထိ အဆေပါင္း ေျမာက္မ်ားစြာ တက္လာ ခဲ့ ပါသည္။
ၿပီးခဲေသာ ဇန္နဝါရီလ ၁ရက္ေန႔မွ စတင္၍ အတည္ျဖစ္ခဲ့ေသာ ထိုအမိန္႔အရ ခြဲဲျခားထားေသာ အဆင့္ ၁၂ဆင့္ တြင္ နံပါတ္တစ္ အဆင့္ လစာ ၁၅၀၀၊ နံပါတ္ႏွစ္ အဆင့္ လစာ၂၁၀၀ ၊ နံပါတ္သံုး အဆင့္ လစာ ၂၇၀၀၊ နံပါတ္ ေလး အဆင့္ ၃၃၀၀၀ ၊ နံပါတ္၅ အဆင့္ ၃၉၀၀၀ ၊ နံပါတ္၆ အဆင့္ ၄၅၀၀၀ ျဖစ္ၿပီး နံပါတ္ ၇ အဆင့္ ၈၀၀၀၀ မွ နံပါတ္ ၁၂ အဆင့္ ၁၉၀၀၀၀ အထိ ျဖစ္ရာ အဆင့္ အသီးသီးကို က်ပ္ေငြ ႏွစ္ေသာင္းစီ တိုးေပးခဲ့ပါသည္။
သို႔ရာတြင္ ႏွစ္တိုး လစာကိုမူ နံပါတ္တစ္မွ ေျခာက္ အထိ ကို တႏွစ္ ၁၀၀၀က်ပ္ သတ္မွတ္ထားၿပီး နံပါတ္ ၇မွ ၁၂ အထိကိုမူ တႏွစ္ကို က်ပ္ႏွစ္ေထာင္ တိုးေပး ရမည္ဟု ေဖၚျပခဲ့ပါသည္။
ထိုသို႔ လစာတိုးေသာ အမိန္႔သည္ တပ္မေတာ္သားမ်ားႏွင့္လည္း အႀကံဳးဝင္ၿပီး တပ္မေတာ္သားမ်ား၏ လစာကိစၥ ကို ကာကြယ္ေရးဝန္ႀကီး ဌာနမွ စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္ဟု ပါရွိပါသည္။
၁၉၉၇ ခုႏွစ္ ကိုစံထား၍ တိုင္းတာေသာ အညႊန္းကိန္းမ်ား အရ ကုန္ေစ်းႏႈန္းမ်ားမွာ ၉ဆ သို႔ ၉၀၀ ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္း အထိ တက္လာခဲ့ေၾကာင္း ထို ပုဂၢိဳလ္ကပင္ ေျပာျပသြားခဲ့ပါသည္။
ထိုအတူ ေငြေၾကး ေဖါင္းပြမႈႏႈန္းမွာ ၂၀၀၄-၂၀၀၅ ခုႏွစ္ တြက္ခ်က္မႈမ်ား အရ ၃.၇၇ ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္း ရွိခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း ၿပီးခဲ့ေသာ ၂၀၀၈-၂၀၀၉ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ၂၂.၅၀ ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္း အထိ ျမင့္တက္ လာခဲ့ပါသည္ဟု ဆက္လက္ ေျပာျပသြား ခဲ့ပါသည္။
ထိုသတင္း ထြက္ေပၚလာခဲ့ဲျခင္းႏွင့္ တၿပိဳင္နက္တည္း လိုလိုပင္ ကုန္ေစ်းႏႈန္းမ်ားမွာလည္း ျမင့္တက္လာေန ခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သိရပါသည္။

ကုမၸဏီပိုင္ရွင္ အမ်ိဳးသမီးက “အလုပ္သမား ၀န္ႀကီး ဌာနက ထုတ္ေပးထားတဲ့ စာရြက္ စာတမ္းေတြကို ျပေပ မယ့္ ဂရုမစိုက္ဘူး။ ဖမ္းသြားတယ္။ တစ္ရက္ အလုပ္နားလိုက္ရေတာ့ အျခားကုမၸဏီကို ေပးသြင္းရမယ့္ ကတိေတြ ပ်က္ကုန္တာေပါ့ ၊ ဘတ္သံုးသိန္းေလာက္ နစ္နာပါတယ္၊ ပိုက္္ဆံ ေတာင္းတဲ့ ေနရာလည္း ၾကည့္အံုး ေလ၊ လူအေရာက္အ ေပါက္နည္းတဲ့ တံတားေအာက္၊ ေလွကားေအာက္ကို ခ်ိန္းတယ္၊ အလုပ္သမား တစ္ေယာက္ကို ဘတ္၂၀၀၀စီ ေပးခဲ့ရတယ္္၊ ေတာ္ေတာ္ ေအာက္တန္းက်တဲ့ အလုပ္ကို ထိုင္းပုလိပ္္ေတြ လုပ္ ေနၾကတယ္၊ လူျမင္မေကာင္း ေလာက္ေအာင္ ထိုင္းပုလိပ္ေတြဟာ တရားဥပေဒ အျပင္ဖက္က လုပ္ေနၾကတယ္။ ဒီျဖစ္ရပ္ကို က်မ မေက်နပ္ဘူး၊ အထက္အရာရွိထိ သိေအာင္ က်မ တိုင္မယ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။

ယာယီပတ္စပို ့ကိုင္ေဆာင္ထားသည့္ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားထံမွ ေငြညွစ္သည့္ ထိုင္းရဲႏွစ္ဦးအား နယ္ေျမ ေျပာင္းေရြ ႔ ျပစ္ဒဏ္ ခ်မွတ္လိုက္ျပီး၊ ေငြေပးခဲ့ရသည့္ အလုပ္သမားတစ္ဦးကို နယ္ေျမရဲမွဴးၾကီးမွ ေငြျပန္လည္ ေပးေခ် ခဲ့သည္။

ဘန္ေကာက္ျမိဳ ႔ႏွင့္ မဟာခ်ိဳင္နယ္ေျမ အစပ္ အုန္းႏြဲ ့ဂံုးေက်ာ္တံတား ေအာက္တြင္ရွိေသာ ထိုင္းရဲကင္း တာ၀န္က် ရဲႏွစ္ဦးက ယာယီပတ္စပို႔ ကိုင္ေဆာင္ထားေသာ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမား ၂ဦးထံမွ ေငြေၾကး ေတာင္းခံ ခဲ့ျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္။

ေတာင္းရမ္းခံခဲ့၇သည့္ ဘတ္ေငြ တစ္ေသာင္းကို ျပန္လည္ရရွိခဲ့သူျဖစ္သည့္ ကိုေက်ာ္ေက်ာ္က “ ဇႏၷ၀ါရီ ၆ ရက္ေန႔ မနက္ပိုင္းကပါ၊ ျမ၀တီကို ပတ္စပို ့သြားလုပ္မယ့္ ကရင္ျပည္နယ္ ဘားအံက သူငယ္ခ်င္း သံုးေယာက္ပါ၊ သူတို႔ကို အဲဒီရဲကင္းက ဖမ္းပါတယ္။ အဲဒါကို က်ေနာ့္ကို အကူအညီေတာင္းတဲ့အတြက္ က်ေနာ္သြားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္သြားလိုက္ေတာ့ ပုလိပ္က က်ေနာ့္ကိုေမးပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္က ယာယီပတ္စပို႔ကို ထုတ္ျပပါတယ္။ ပတ္စပို ့ကို ၾကည့္ၿပီးေတာ့ က်ေနာ့္ကို ထိုင္ခိုင္းထားပါတယ္။ သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြကို တစ္ေယာက္ကို ဘတ္၂၀၀၀စီ ေတာင္းျပီးေတာ့ ျပန္လႊတ္လိုက္ပါတယ္။ သူတို ့နယ္စပ္ကို ပတ္စပို႔လုပ္ဖို႔ သြားေနၾကပါျပီ္။ ျပီးေတာ့မွ က်ေနာ့္ကို ပုလိပ္က“ဘာလဲ…မင္းက ပတ္စပို႔ရွိလို႔ မေၾကာက္ဘူးလားလို႔ ေမးပါတယ္၊ က်ေနာ္က ျပန္ေျပာပါတယ္၊ သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြမို႔လို႔ အကူအညီ ေပးခ်င္လုိ႔ လာတာလို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္။အစတုန္းက က်ေနာ့္ယာယီပတ္စပို႔ကို ၾကည့္ၿပီးၿပီ။ ခုၾကည့္တဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ ပုလိပ္က က်ေနာ့္ကို ၂ လကၼပတ္လည္ေလာက္ရွိတဲ့စာရြက္မွာ ရက္စြဲလည္း မပါပဲ ဂဏန္းသံုးလံုး ေရးျပီးေတာ့ ညွပ္လိုက္ပါတယ္။ ျပီးေတာ့မွ က်ေနာ့္ကို ဘတ္ ၅၀၀၀ ေထာင္ေပးရမယ္လို ့ေျပာျပီး လက္ထိပ္လည္း ခတ္လိုက္ပါတယ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။ အဆိုပါေနရာတြင္ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားမ်ားကို ျပ၍ ထိုင္းရဲမ်ားႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းေငြေတာင္းသည့္ အလုပ္ကိုလုပ္စား ေနသည့္ ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံသား အသက ္သံုးဆယ္ ၀န္းက်င္ အရြယ္ ကုလားတစ္ဦး ေရာက္ရွိလာခဲ့သည္။

ကိုေက်ာ္ေက်ာ္က ဆက္လက္ေျပာျပ ရာတြင္ “နာမည္ေတာ့ က်ေနာ္မသိဘူး၊ ကုလားတစ္ေယာက္ ေရာက္လာတယ္၊ မင္း ခ်ဲစာရြက္နဲ႔ ဖမ္းမိတာမလြယ္ဘူး၊ ေထာင္က်နိုင္တယ္၊ သူတို႔ ေတာင္းသေလာက္ ျမန္ျမန္ ေပးလိုက္၊ ဒီကိစၥက ဘယ္သူမွကယ္လုိ႔ မရဘူးလုိ႔ ၀င္ျပီးေတာ့ ျခိမ္းေျခာက္ပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္ သူ ့ဖုန္းနဲ႔ အေမ့ကို ဖုန္းဆက္လိုက္ ပါတယ္၊၊ ဒီကုလားက လမ္းသြား လမ္းလာ ျမန္မာေတြကို ပုလိပ္ရံုးထဲ ကေနၿပီးေတာ့ ျမန္မာေတြ လို႔ ခန္ ့မွန္းရသူေတြကို ပုလိပ္ကို လက္ညွိဳးထိုးျပတယ္၊ ဖမ္းတဲ့ ဗမာေတြကို ၀င္ျပီးေတာ့ ျခိမ္းေျခာက္ေပးတယ္၊ ဘာသာျပန္ ေပးတယ္၊ ဒီလို လုပ္စားေနတာ”ဟု ေျပာသည္။

အဆိုပါ ရဲႏွစ္ေယာက္က ေတာင္းရမ္းေသာ ေငြကို ခ်က္ျခင္း ေရာက္မလာသျဖင့္ ဘတ္၁၀၀၀၀ ေပးရမည္ျဖစ္ ေၾကာင္း ထပ္မံေျပာဆိုလာသျဖင့္ ေနာက္္ဆံုးတြင္ ဘတ္တစ္ေသာင္းေပးမွလြတ္ေျမာက္လာခဲ့သည္။

ကိုေက်ာ္ေက်ာ္သည္ ထိုင္းရဲဖမ္းဆီးေငြညွစ္ေသာ ေနရာႏွင့္အနီးငယ္သာအလွမ္းေ၀းေသာ ၾကက္သားေၾကာ္ ကုမၸဏီ တစ္ခုျဖစ္သည့္ Leam Thong food products Co,Ltd တြင္ အ လုပ္လုပ္ေနသူ ျဖစ္သည္။ ေက်ာ္ေက်ာ္က မိမိေငြေၾကးေပးေဆာင္ခဲ့ရသည့္အေၾကာင္းကို အလုပ္သမားအဖြဲ ့တစ္ခုသို ့အေၾကာင္းၾကားခဲ့ သကဲ့သို ့ မိမိအလုပ္ရံုမွ အလုပ္သမားေခါင္းေဆာင္ (၀ဏၰ) ကိုအထြန္းအား တိုင္ပင္ခဲ့သည္။

့ဇႏၷ၀ါရီလ ၈ ရက္ေန ့က လုပ္ငန္းရွင္ သူေဌးကိုယ္တိုင္ ဦးေဆာင္၍ အလုပ္ လက္ေထာက္မန္ေနဂ်ာ ျမန္မာ အလုပ္သမားေခါင္းေဆာင္ ကိုအထြန္းႏွင့္ ေငြညွစ္ခံခဲ့ရသူ ေက်ာ္ေက်ာ္တုိ႔ နံနက္၈နာရီခန္႔တြင္ နယ္ေျမ ရဲစခန္းျဖစ္ေသာ မဟာခ်ိဳင္နယ္ေျမ ကထုန္ဘန္ ရဲစခန္းသို ့ အမႈဖြင့္တိုင္ၾကားရန္ သြားခဲ့ၾက သည္။

ညေန ငါးနာရီေက်ာ္တြင္ ေအာင္ျမင္စြာျပီးစီးခဲ့ေၾကာင္း ေျပာျပသည္။ ကိုအထြန္းက “က်ေနာ္ ဘန္ေကာက္ ျမန္မာ သံရံုးက သံအမတ္ၾကီးကို ဖုန္းဆက္ပါတယ္၊သူက ထိုင္းရဲခ်ဳပ္ကို ဖုုန္းဆက္ပါတယ္။ ထိုင္းရဲခ်ဳပ္က တစ္ခါ သူ႔ေအာက္က ရဲအရာရွိၾကီးေတြကို ဆက္ပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္ကိုေမးေတာ့ က်ေနာ္ကျဖစ္စဥ္ကို ေျပာျပပါတယ္။ ရဲမွဴးၾကီးက ငါတို႔ေတာ့ အရွက္ကြဲပါျပီတဲ့၊ ၀င္ျပီးေတာ့ ညွိေပးတယ္၊ ေက်ာ္ေက်ာ္ဆီက ေတာင္းယူထားတဲ့ ေငြတစ္ေသာင္းကို ျပန္ေပးတယ္၊ အဲဒီရဲ၂ ေယာက္ကို ခြင့္လႊတ္ေပးဖုိ႔ ၾကားက ေတာင္းပန္တယ္၊ ေငြညွစ္တဲ့ ပုလိပ္ေတြကို အလုပ္ျဖဳတ္လိုက္ရင္ သူတို႔ မိသားစုေတြ ဒုကၡေရာက္နိုင္တယ္၊ လာမယ့္ တနလၤာေန ့က်ရင္ နယ္ေျပာင္းေပးမယ္၊ အဲဒီ အုန္းႏြဲ ့က ထုန္ဘန္နယ္ေျမမွာ ဒါမ်ိဳး ေနာက္မျဖစ္ေစရဘူးလုိ ့ က်ေနာ္တုိ ့သူေဌးကို ဂတိေပး ပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္က ေျပာျပတယ္။ က်ေနာ္တုိ ့ျမန္မာ ျပည္မွာ အိမ္ရွိတယ္၊ လယ္ရွိတယ္၊ ကုိယ့္တိုင္းျပည္မွာ အလုပ္အကိုင္ ရွားပါးလုိ ့လာလုပ္ၾကတာျဖစ္တယ္။ ထိုင္းမွာ တရား၀င ္ေနထိုင္ အလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္သူေတြ ျဖစ္တယ္။ ခု ခ်ဲ စာရြက္မို ့ေတာ္ေသးတယ္၊ မူးယစ္ေဆး (ယာဘ)ကို ညွပ္ျပီး ယာယီ ပတ္္္စ္ပုိ႔ စာအုပ္ၾကားမွာ ေတြ ့ပါတယ္လို ့ လုပ္ရင္ မခက္ဘူးလားလုိ႔ ေျပာလိုက္ပါတယ္။ ဘာပဲေျပာေျပာ က်ေနာ္တုိ ့ အတြက္ သတိထားစရာ သင္ခန္ းစာေတာ့ ရလိုက္တာေပါ့” ဟု ေျပာဆိုသြားသည္။

အဆုိပါအလုပ္ရံုမွ ျမန္မ ာ အလုပ္သမား ေလးရာေက်ာ္မွာ လာမည့္ ရက္ပိုင္းအတြင္း ယာယီပတ္စပို ့လုပ္ရန္ နယ္စပ္သို ့သြားမည္ ျဖစ္သည ္။ လက္ရွိ ယာယီပတ္စပို ့လုပ္ျပီးသူ ငါးဆယ္နီးပါး ရွိျပီးျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေျပာျပၾက သည္။

ေငြျပန္ရလာေသာ ကိုေက်ာ္ေက်ာ္က “ အယင္က ဘတ္ရွိရွိ/မရွိရွိ ဖမ္းေနတာ အဲဒါကို လြတ္မယ္ထင္လုိ႔ မဖမ္းေတာ့ဘူးထင္လုိ ့ က်ေနာ္ပိုက္ဆံ မတတ္နိုင္ေပမယ့္ မျဖစ္ျဖစ္ေအာင္ လုပ္တာပါ။ ခု ခ်ဲေပါင္ခ်ာညွပ္ျပီး ဖမ္းတယ္ ဆိုေတာ့ ပတ္စ္ပို ့့ရွိတယ္ဆိုေပမယ့္ က်ေနာ္ေတာ့ လံုျခံဳမႈမရွိသလို ခံစားရတယ္။ ခုဟာက က်ေနာ္တုိ႔ သူေဌး ကိုယ္တိုင္ လိုက္ေပးတယ္၊ ျမန္မာသံမွဴးၾကီးက ထိုင္းရဲခ်ဳပ္ကို အေလးတယူ ဖုန္းဆက္ျပီးေတာ့ ကူညီေပး တာေတြကို အထူးေက်းဇူးတင္ပါတယ္ဗ်ာ။ ေနာက္တစ္ခုက အယင္ ဒီပုလိပ္ရံုးမွာ လုပ္စားေနခဲ့တဲ့ မြန္လူမ်ိဳး ဇာနည္ အဖမ္းခံထားရလို႔ နဲနဲေအးခ်မ္းေနတာ ခု ဗမာကုလားတစ္ေယာက္ လက္ေထာက္ခ် လုပ္စားေနတယ္၊ က်ေနာ္ကို ဖမ္းတဲ့ေန ့က သူလည္းရွိတယ္၊ ခု ရဲစခန္းမွာ သူကိုိလည္း က်ေနာ္တုိ ့တိုင္ခဲ့တယ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။

၂၀၀၉ ခု ႏို၀င္ဘာ၁၈ ရက္ေန ့က အဆိုပါနယ္ေျမ ၆ထပ္တြင္ ျမန္မာကုန္ပစၥည္းမ်ား ေရာင္းခ်သည့္ေစ်းသည္ ကိုေအာင္ေဇာ္လင္းလည္း အုန္းႏြဲ ့တံတားေအာက္ ရဲကင္းတြင္ ယာယီပတ္စပို ့ကိုင္ေဆာင္ထားေသာ္လည္း ေငြညွစ္ ခံခဲ့ဖူးေၾကာင္း ေျပာသည္။

“က်ေနာ္ ေစ်း၀ယ္ျပီး ျပန္လာတယ္၊ ျမန္မာေကာင္မေလး ၂ ေယာက္ကို ဖမ္းျပီးေ ငြေတာင္းေနတာကို က်ေနာ္ လွည့္ၾကည့္ခဲ့တယ္၊ ခဏၾကာေတာ့ က်ေနာ့္ေနာက္ကို အဲဒီ ပုလိပ္ ၂ ေယာက္ က်ေနာ့္ေရွ႕က ရပ္ျပီး ဘတ္ရွိလားလို ့ေမးတယ္၊ က်ေနာ္က ယာယီပ တ္စပို႔ကုိ ျပေတာ့ တံတားေအာက္က သူတို႔ ရဲကင္းကို ေခၚသြား ပါတယ္၊ ျပီးေတာ့ က်ေနာ့္ကို အလုပ္ လုပ္လုိ႔မရဘူး။ ေစ်းေရာင္းလုိ ့မရဘူး၊ အလည္ ပတ္စပို ့လို ့ေျပာပါတယ္၊ က်ေနာ္က သူေဌးဆီမွာ ေစ်းေရာင္းတဲ့ အလုပ္ကိုလုပ္ေနတဲ့ အလုပ္သမားလို ့ေျပာပါတယ္။

ဘတ္သံေဒါင့္လုပ္ထားလို ့၊ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္သူေဌးရွိလို ့ ဒီယာယီ ပတ္စပို ့လုပ္လုိ ့ရတာလုိ ့ ေျပာတယ္၊ က်ေနာ့္ ပိုက္ဆံ အိတ္ကို ေတာင္းၾကည့္တယ္၊ က်ေနာ့္မေပးဘူး၊ ဖြင့္ေတာ့ျပလ ိုက္တယ္၊၊ သူတို ့ မေက်နပ္ဘူး က်ေနာ္ သူေဌးကို ဖုန္းဆက္ၿပ ီးေခၚလိုက္တယ္၊ သူေဌးေရာက္လာတယ္၊ ပုလိပ္ရံ ုးကို မ၀င္ရဘူး။ ပုလိပ္ေတြ က်ေနာ္ ၀ယ္လာတဲ့ ၁၀၀ တန္ ဖုန္းကဒ္ ၃ခုကို ယူထားလိုက္တယ္။ အျခားဟာေတြေတာ့ မယူဘူး။ က်ေနာ့္ကို မဟာခ်ိုဳင္က ထုန္ဘန္ရဲစခန္းကို ေခၚသြားျပီးေတာ့ အ ခ်ဳပ္ထဲကို ထည့္လိုုက္တယ္၊ က်ေနာ့္ကို ဘတ္ တစ္ေသာင္း ေတာင္းတယ္၊ က်ေနာ့္ပတ္စပို ့ကို ရဲအရာရွိက သိမ္းထား လိုက္ပါတယ္။ သူေဌး ေရာက္လာျပီးေတာ့ ဘတ္ ၃၀၀၀ ေပးခဲ့ရတယ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။

ထိုင္းရဲမ်ား ဖမ္းဆီး ေငြညွစ္ျခင္းကို ခံခဲ့ရေသာ္လည္း ဤအျဖစ္အပ်က္ကို လူအမ်ားအား မေျပာၾကားခဲ့ေၾကာင္း ခု ႏို၀င္ဘာ၁၉ ရက္ေန ့က ဘန္ေကာက္ျမိဳ႕ စာထြန္လမ္းမၾကီးတြင္ ရွိေသာ ျမန္မာ သံရံုးသို႔ သြားေရာက္တိုင္ ၾကားခဲ့သည္။ သံရံုး၀န္ထမ္း အမ်ိဳးသားတစ္ဦးက အျဖစ္အပ်က္မ်ားကို ေရးသားျဖည့္စြက္ျပီ တင္ျပ ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ ေသာ္လည္း ယေန႔တိုင္ မည္သို႔ေသာ အေရးယူ ေဆာင္ရြက္မႈမ်ိဳး မရွိခဲ့ေၾကာင္း ကိုေအာင္ေဇာ္လင္း က ေျပာသည္။

၂၀၀၉ အကုန္ရက္ပိုင္းတြင္ ျမန္မာသံရံုးသို႔ တယ္လီဖုန္းျဖင့္ အေျခအေနကို ဖုန္းဆက္ေမးျမန္းခဲ့ရာ ထိုင္း ျပည္ထဲေရး ၀န္ၾကီးဌာနႏွင့္ ဆက္သြယ္ကူညီေပးရန္ စီစဥ္ထားေၾကာင္း ျပန္လည္ေျပာဆိုခဲ့သည္။

သူယာယီ ပတ္စပို႔ လုပ္စဥ္က ဘတ္ေငြ ၇၃၀၀ ကုန္က်ခဲ့ျပီး အလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္ခြင့္ ပါမစ္အတြက္ ၃၇၀၀ဘတ္ ေပးရျပီး အသက္ အာမခံအတြက္ ဘတ္ ၆၀၀ ေပးသြင္းထားရျပီး ေသြးစစ္ခအတြက္ မပါ၀င္ေသးေၾကာင္း ေျပာဆို သြားသည္။
