ျမ၀တီ/မဲေဆာက္မွျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားမ်ား တရားမ၀င္ တင္ေဆာင္လာသည့္ ကားတစ္စီး လမ္းေဘးသို႔ ထိုးက်တိမ္းေမွာက္သျဖင့္ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားအခ်ိဳ႕ ေသျပီးအခ်ိဳ႕ဒဏ္ရာျပင္းထန္စြာရရွိ သြားေၾကာင္း ထိုင္း TV ၇  လိုင္းတြင္ ယေန ့နံနက္ပိုင္းက ထုတ္လႊင့္ျပသသြားသည္။

ကိုလိုရိုးထင္းလိုင္း မိုင္တိုင္အမွတ္ ၅၀၈ ကံေဖယိုင္ အနီးတြင္ ဆယ့္ရွစ္ဘီးကားၾကီးတစ္စီအား ေက်ာ္တက္စဥ္ ေဘးခ်င္းယွဥ္ တိုက္မိသျဖင့္ ကား၂စီးစလံုး တိမ္းေမွာက္ခဲ့သည္။

ကားတိမ္းေမွာက္မႈေၾကာင့္ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမား ၅ဦး ပြဲခ်င္းျပီးေသဆံုးခဲ့ျပီး ၁၆ဦး အျပင္းအထန္ ဒဏ္ရာရရ္ိွသြားခဲ့သည္။ ဒဏ္ရာျပင္းထန္သည့္ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားအား စုန္က်က္ဖတ္ေက်ာက္တာဆင္ ေဆးရံုတြင္ တင္ထားသည္။ တိမ္းေမွာက္သြားသည့္ ေနာက္မိုးဖြင့္ ဟုိင္းလတ္၊ ေကါေထာ/၆၆၄၉ မွာ နကဆ၀န္ လိုင္စင္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သတင္းတြင္ ထည့္သြင္းေၾကညာသြားသည္။

အသက္၂၇ႏွစ္အရြယ္ေမာင္သန္႕ဆိုသူအား ခ်င္းရိုင္ခရိုင္ မူးယစ္ေဆး၀ါးႏွိမ္နင္းေရးအဖြဲ ့က ယမန္ေန ့က မယ္ဆိုင္ျမိဳ႕၊ ၀လုန္ဖါခန္းရပ္ကြက္၊ နယ္ေျမအမွတ္(၄)ရွိ ပါရန္းမိုင္အိမ္ေဂဟာတြင္၊ ယာဘေဆးလံုးေရ ေလးေသာင္း ၊ ဘတ္ေငြ ၂သန္းေျခာက္သိန္းဖိုး ၀ယ္ယူရန္ခ်ိန္းဆိုခဲ့သည္။ ေမာင္သန္႕က ပစၥည္းမ်ားပို ့ ရန္လာေရာက္စဥ္ ေထာက္လွမ္းေရး ထိုင္းပုလိပ္မ်ားမွန္း သိသျဖင့္ ထြက္ေျပးသြားခဲ့သည္။

ထြက္ေျပးတိမ္းေရွာင္ျပီး ၃နာရီခန္ ့အၾကာတြင္၊ အေရာင္းအ၀ယ္မေအာင္ျမင္သျဖင့္ ယာဘေဆးပိုင္ရွင္မ်ား က လာသတ္မည္ကို စိုးရိမ္သျဖင့္ ယခုကဲ့သို ့လာေရာက္အဖမ္းခံခဲ့ေၾကာင္း ထြက္ဆိုသြားသည္။ ခ်င္းလိုင္ ရဲဗိုလ္မွဴး နလံုးခ်ိဳင္၀ုန္းစံနိက အစည္း၂၀ အလံုးေရ ၄၀၀၀၀ ကို ပိုေဆာင္ခအျဖစ္ ဘတ္သံုးေသာင္းရတယ္၊ ပိုင္ရွင္ေတြကို ဖမ္းမိေအာင္ ဆက္လက္ၾကိဳးပမ္း ေဖၚထုတ္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ သတင္းစာတြင္ ေရးသား ထားသည္။

တခ်ိန္တည္းတြင္ ခ်င္းရိုင္ျမိဳ႕ရွိ ပိုလိုယိုခ်င္းလပ္၀ရမ္းရပ္ကြက္ရွိ္ ဧက ၃၀ ျခံၾကီးအတြင္းရွိ ရိုဘင္ဆင္အ ေဆာက္အဦး ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းခြင္အတြင္း၊ တရားမ၀င္ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမား၁၀၀ခန္ အလုပ္ လုပ္ကိုင္ ေနေၾကာင္း သတင္းအရ ရွာေဖြ ဖမ္းဆီးစီစစ္ခဲ့သည္။

ထိုင္းလ၀က၊ ထိုင္းရဲမ်ားႏွင့္္ အလုပ္အကိုင္ရွာေဖြေရးဌာနတို ့ ပူးေပါင္းစီစစ္ခဲ့ရာတြင္၊ အလုပ္သမား အားလံုးတို ့မွာ ေနထိုင္အလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္ခြင့္ စာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ား ျပည့္စံုေသာ္လည္း လူ၆ဦးကိုမူ ထိုအလုပ္မ်ိဳး မဟုတ္သျဖင့္ အေရးယူမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ အသက္၂၁ႏွစ္အရြယ္ ေမာင္ပုဆိုသူမွာ ဘတ္ရွိသူမဟုတ္ေခ်။ ထုိ႔ေၾကာင့္ ဘတ္မရွိသည့္ ေမာင္ပုကို ခိုင္းေစထားသည့္ ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရးကန္ထရိုက္အား ဥပေဒအရ အေရးယူသြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းINN အင္တာနက္ စာမ်က္ႏွာတြင္ ေဖၚျပထားသည္။

ထိုင္းနိုင္ငံေတာင္ပိုင္း၊ ကူရပူရီ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္၊ နန္ယြန္ရလား(နံေယာင္)နယ္ေျမအတြင္းရွိ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားမ်ား ေနထိုင္ရာအိမ္ခန္းမ်ားတြင္ ျမန္မာမ်ားညမထြက္ရအမိန္႔ႏွင့္ ေမာ္ေတာ္ဆိုင္ကယ္စီးနင္းခြင့္မျပဳေၾကာင္း တရားမ၀င္ထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကညာခ်က္ စာရြက္မ်ားကပ္ထားေၾကာင္း သိရွိရသည္။ အဆိုပါစာတြင္-

(၁)၊ ျမန္မာ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ ညေန ၉နာရီမွ နံနက္၅နာရီအတြင္းအျပင္သို႔ ထြက္ခြင့္မျပဳ။

(၂)အလုပ္သမားမ်ား ဘတ္ရွိရမည္ျဖစ္ျပီး၊ အလုပ္လုပ္သည့္ေနရာႏွင့္မိမိဘတ္တို႔ တစ္ထပ္တည္းျဖစ္ရမည္။ စစ္ေဆးလွ်င္ ျပသနိုင္ရန္ ကိုယ္ႏွင့္မကြာ အျမဲတမ္းထားရွိရမည္။

(၃)ဘတ္ရွိသည္ ျဖစ္ေစ/မရွိသည္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ သူေဌးပိုင္ဆိုင္ေသာ ယာဥ္မ်ားကို စီးနင္းခြင့္မျပဳ၊ သူေဌး အေနျဖင့္လည္း မိမိအလုပ္သမားအား ယာဥ္စီနင္းခြင့္မျပဳရ၊ အကယ္၍ ေတြ႔ရွိပါက အျပစ္ေပး အေရးယူျခင္း ခံရမည္။ စက္တင္ဘာ(၇)ရက္ေန႔မွ စတင္၍ ၾကပ္မတ္ေဆာင္ရြက္သြားမည္။( အသိေပးသူ ပုလိပ္) ဟူ၍ ေရးသားထားသည္။

ေနအိမ္ခန္းတြင္ စာကပ္ျခင္းခံထားရျပီး စိုးရိမ္ေနေသာ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမ ေဒၚ…..က“က်မကေတာ့ ဆိုင္ကယ္သမားေတြက ပုလိပ္ကိုတိုင္တဲ့အတြက္ ပုလိပ္ေတြက စာကပ္ထားတာျဖစ္တယ္။ ျမန္မာအလုပ္ သမားေတြ ဆိုင္ကယ္စီးလာၾကတယ္၊ သူေဌးခိုင္းတာလည္းရွိတာေပါ့၊ ဆိုေတာ့ ဆိုင္ကယ္သမားေတြ၀င္ ေငြနည္းလာတယ္ေလ။ အဓိကကေတာ့ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားေတြကို ႏိွပ္ကြပ္တဲ့သေဘာပါပဲ”ဟု ေျပာဆို သည္။

ယခင္လပိုင္းက ထိုင္းနိုင္ငံေတာင္ပိုင္း ရေနာင္းျမိဳ႕တြင္ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားဆိုင္ကယ္စီသည့္အေရ အတြက္ တိုးပြားလာခဲ့သျဖင့္ အငွားဆိုင္ကယ္ေျပးဆြဲသူမ်ားက ျမိဳ႕နယ္အာဏာပိုင္ရံုးတြင္ ဆႏၵျပခဲ့ၾကသည္။ ေဒသခံ အငွါးဆိုင္ကယ္သမားမ်ား ကန္႔ကြက္ထားမႈေၾကာင့္ ရေနာင္းျမိဳ႕တြင္ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအား ယာဥ္ေမာင္းလိုင္စင္ ထုတ္ေပးသည့္ လုပ္ငန္းကို ရပ္တန္႔ထားခဲ့သည့္မွာ တစ္လေက်ာ္ ၾကာခဲ့ျပီးျဖစ္သည္။ ဖန္ငအေျခစိုက္ FED အဖြဲ႔ဒါရိုက္တာ ဦးထူးခ်စ္က “ဒီေၾကညာခ်က္ကို ထိုင္းအာဏာပိုင္ေတြက တကယ္ထုတ္ျပန္ရိုး မွန္ရင္ေတာ့ ေရြ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားေတြရဲ႕ အေျခခံအခြင့္အေရးကိုခ်ိဳး ေဖါက္တာျဖစ္တယ္၊ ေနာက္ဆိုးက်ိဳးေတြျဖစ္လာမွာက ဒီေၾကညာခ်က္ကို အခြင့္ေကာင္းယူျပီးေတာ့

ေဒသခံ ထိုင္းလူမ်ိဳးေတြက ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားေတြ အျပင္ကို ထြက္လာရင္၊ အနိုင္က်င့္ဗိုလ္က်တာေတြ

ေစာ္ကားတာေတြကို တရား၀င္ျဖစ္ေအာင္ လုပ္ေပးသလို ျဖစ္လာမွာေပါ့၊ ဒါမ်ိဳးက မျဖစ္သင့္တဲ့ကိစၥပါ”ဟု

ေျပာသည္။

ထိုင္းနိုင္ငံတနံတလ်ား၌ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ အသီးသီးအတြက္ သန္းခ်ီေသာ ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမားမ်ား အလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္လွ်က္ ရွိၾကရာတြင္ ေနထိုင္အလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္ခြင့္ စာရြက္စာတမ္း မျပည္စံုျခင္းမ်ားေၾကာင့္ ျမန္မာေရြ႕ေျပာင္း အလုပ္သမားမ်ားမွာ ထိုင္းရဲမ်ား၊ ထိုင္းလုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားႏွင့္ ထိုင္းလူမ်ိဳးေလ့လြင့္ လူငယ္မ်ား၏ အနိုင္အထက္ျပဳမူျခင္း အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးတုိ႔ကို အခ်ိန္ကာလ အတန္ၾကာခံစားခဲ့ၾကျပီးျဖစ္သည္။
